TN-V Loader (bubble) 3.18

TN-V bubble for 3.18 using tomtom/mr.gas bubble hack, tested and working, thanks to JulianRDTG for testing it on 3.18.
FW318_TNV_bubble_Loader.zip

From the readme:
readme wrote:Use fake_np along with your base game to sign TNV.ISO.
Install the signed ISO (EBOOT.PBP) and transfer the ECFW01234 save.

Tested and working on 3.18, it will NOT work at 3.30+.

Most impressive! Gonna try this with Talkman Travel: Tokyo as a base.
