Tankyou, but i need tn-v10 because i cant play Tekken6 on tn-v11

well, once you have that installed, try placing TN-V10 FLASH0.TN and TN.BIN in TN-V11 save.

Try using the original bubble method for TNV10 on 3.18:
viewtopic.php?f=56&t=41122
This is the method I used for all of my 3.18 bubbles. A bit more involved but I can guarantee they work at least.
