1. Convert your PS1 iso with PSX2PSP
2. Make a zip like this with no compression: INSTALL.ZIP/PSP/GAME/EBOOT.PBP
3. Place this zip in your exploited savedata and then transfer to your Vita.
4. Install in XMB

Note: you can also FTP the game to your Vita if you want to

wild arms works pretty good on 9.6 i haven't touched the settings really so whatever is default.

just a few minor sound glitches/slowdowns like all games.

somehow i think more games on the list are incorrect and or haven't been updated.

That's why I am not adding new tests unless they follow the format that I put on the Op.
Yours was already on the list and close enough, so I updated it.

Settings
TNV-9.6
Volume - Medium
Reverb - No
Interpolation - None
Enable XA playing - Enabled
Change XA pitch if speed is wrong - Disabled
SPU IRQ - disabled
SPU update mode - Display wait
SPU thread priority Highest

All games are NTSC-U

Works *Perfectly*
===========================
Capcom Vs. SNK PRO
Notes
Barely any lag or hiccups with sound.
===========================
Gauntlet Legends
Notes
Slight issue with not all sound effects playing once in game.
The game is full speed and the music plays without hiccups.
===========================
Gehiko Shooting King
Notes
Minor sound effect issues but otherwise music and game runs at full speed.
===========================
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
Notes
Audio and gameplay is at full speed. All audio plays correctly.
===========================
Kingly's Adventure
Notes
Voice sound effects are garbled.
The game runs fullspeed and music is also playing at fullspeed.
===========================

Working With Issues:
===========================
2Xtreme
Notes
Sound is garbled in the main menu (also frame lagging) and when you are in-game only sound effects play and not XA.
Playable: Yes.
===========================
Gekido - Urban Fighters
Notes
Opening fmvs has sound garbled. Music lags in-game
Playable: Yes.
===========================
K-1 - The Arena Fighters - In the Red Corner
Notes
Sound is garbled in the main menu and when you are in-game the music is barely heard (lags too) and the sound effects are choppy.
Game runs sluggish.
Playable: Slightly if you don't mind lags.
===========================
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
Notes
Fmv's have garbled sound and video lags with it.
Garbled voices through in-engine cinemas, which creates lag on the video as well.
In-game it runs pretty slow and sound effects can become garbled.
Playable: Not really, unless you have hours of patience.
