I updated the following on the Op:

[Working]
===========================
Asteroids - US - TN-V 10
Notes
Plays fine. Cutscenes are choppy. Does not affect gameplay. Changing settings doesn't seem to change anything
===========================
Carmageddon - EU - TN-V 10
Notes
It does have some small lagging at times, but overall works great with the following settings:
Reverb: PSX Reverb
Interpolation: Gaussan
===========================
Crash Bandicoot - US - TN-V 10
Notes
Plays fine with default settings
===========================
Space Invaders - US - TN-V 10
Notes
Works perfectly with default settings
===========================
TNN Motorsports Hardcore TR - US - TN-V 10
Notes
Works ok, but is a little laggy
===========================

[Working with Issues]
===========================
Crash Bandicoot 3 (Warped) - EU - TN-V 10
Notes
Missing some parts of audio. When loading any level it the animation and audio freezes but are able to skip. Game play is choppy because of missing pieces of audio. Most of the sound effects are missing. Also is laggy in some parts.
===========================
Crash Bash - EU - TN-V 10
Notes
Audio Intro doesn't work properly, in game audio is very laggy
===========================

[Not Working]
===========================
Crash Bandicoot 2 - TN-V 10 BROKE GAME
Notes
Black screen after PS1 Logo

TN-V 9.5 Results: Runs perfectly after Intro's. Missing some small sound effects like Crash's spin move and jumping. Starts to lag a bit when it rains in levels. Default settings.
===========================
Destruction Derby - US - TN-V 10 BROKE GAME
Notes
Sound is very choppy and crashes in game
Worked fine on TN-V 9.7

Smoke: I did not find this Thread till after another User Linked me to it. Have my Games which I Converted using PSX2PSP. NFL Blitz, from your main Post said did not work, however now under TN-V10 and my way, it is working and with sound. Testing more of my Games and will report back. Not sure if they are already in your list, but if not, would be great to have a more Updated Compatibility List.

Mortal Kombat Trilogy -SLUS-00330 Ver1.0- Crashed after selecting Tower to Fight and attempting to load. Sound is great.

Updated, but for the outdated tests, I can't help that.
People aren't keeping theirs updated. I'm keeping the ones I have updated.

V10 has better PS1 compatibility, so no idea what you're talking about.
Does it quit? If not, then it's legit... Too legit.

If I am still on the UNO 2013 exploit... how should I even start thinking about "updating"? @_@
