I think the Megamix exploit is incompatible with many games/homebrews(FF Type 0 comes to mind) because my solution was basically just switching to the KOP exploit and doing the exact same thing(transferring the zip file through OCMA after converting it to a FBOOT). Using all default settings, sound is working flawlessly and from watching the opening sequence it seems there are no problems at all with video either.

Rising Zan
Notes
Runs decently enough. Music is garbled and full of static.
===========================
RoadRash - US
Notes
The cinematics of the game work properly, some of them give choppy sounds but not too choppy.
The background menu music keeps looping the same 4-5 seconds of the song all the time.
I couldn't start a race though. The game seemed to hung on the loading screen. Will try more and let you know
===========================
Silent Hill - PSN EU - TN-V9.6
Notes
Run well with the default settings. Sounds glitch a bit: Noise radio do just a "pshit" 1 seconds then stop, gun sounds not like the original. I played until you get out of the first store, then traveled a bit across the city. No crash so far anyway.
===========================
Soul Reaver - Legacy of Kain TN-V 9.6
Notes
In-game and movies seem to run a fair bit faster. The voices aren't as chopped up as they used to be, but still unlistenable.
Reverb : Simple
Interpolation : Simple
Enable XA playing : Enabled
Change XA pitch : Disabled
SPU IRQ - wait for CPU : Disabled
SPU update mode : display wait
SPU thread priority : Medium
===========================
Suikoden - US - TN-V 9.6
Notes
Will freeze on name entry on default settings. Appears to play (unfortunately with messed up music) on the following settings.
TN Recovery Menu -> PEOPS SPU Configuration ->
Enable PEOPS SPU - Enabled
Reverb - No Reveb
Interpolation - None
Enable XA - Enabled
Change XA Pitch - Diabled
SPU IRQ - Enabled
SPU Update - Display Wait
SPU Thread Priority - Low
===========================
Tales of Destiny
Notes
I turned everything off and it works quite well. But after winning a fight it sometimes lags. If voices are turned on, it lags (after battle). Freezes sometimes.
===========================
Tales of Phantasia
Notes
Sometimes laggy. Voices are too fast but working.
===========================
Tekken - US
Notes
No CDDA music
===========================
The Italian Job - US - TN-V 9.6
Notes
Cutscenes play fine but gameplay lags really bad to the point that it freezes the game
===========================
TNN Hardcore 4x4 - US - TN-V 9.6
Notes
Seems to play ok, but most sound is missing or partially there. Game also lags
===========================
Tomba! 2 The Evil Swine Return - US - TN-V 9.6
Notes
Slowdown on Event, choppy audio on certain scenes, mostly dialogue. Sometimes background noise glitches (i.e. Waterfall). Works better if "Change XA Pitch" is enabled. Do NOT use Reverb or Interpolation, they'll break sounds more than anything.
===========================
Um Jammer Lammy - TN-V 9.5
Notes
Sounds works, but it and video are choppy.
===========================
Vagrant Story -TN-V 9.6
Notes
No longer freezes up while entering the game. Intro vid going into main menu is choppy, as is the menu. The game itself, while a bit laggy, seems to flow at a more consistent rate at around maybe 60-70% of the original game. There's a lot of staticy noise/music and the footsteps sound horrible.

Reverb : Simple
Interpolation : Simple
Enable XA playing : Enabled
Change XA pitch : Disabled
SPU IRQ - wait for CPU : Disabled
SPU update mode : display wait
SPU thread priority : Medium

While exiting the game at one time, I did get a BSoD:

Notes
just a few minor sound glitches/slowdowns like all games.
===========================
WipEout 3 - US - TN-V 9.6
Notes
No music (CD Audio format), but sound effects work perfectly. Actual game play is slowed down (80-90%), but is very playable.
===========================
Xenogears TN-V 9.6
Notes
Game no longer freezes during the intro text. Seems to run at a decent enough speed, but all the while the music sounds like a lawnmower going by.

Reverb : Simple
Interpolation : Simple

Change XA pitch : Disabled
SPU IRQ - wait for CPU : Disabled

===========================
Alundra
Notes
The game plays, but seems to hard freeze after a minute or so of playing.
===========================
Beatmania - Arcade 2nd Mix
Notes
Game works pretty smooth but only some sounds are played. (KONAMI intro, BGM of songs).
Sounds are that missing:
* Menu music / SFX
* Note SFX (sounds that played when hit notes).

Since it's music based game sounds are critical issue, so I've marked as not working.

[Working] Blasto US
Issues: Slow audio and gameplay is slower with audio. Most important the voice clips are all garbled.

This is a pretty sound intensive game so I thought it would be fun to start with this one. Also a guilty pleasure game.

[Working] Final Fantasy 8 US*****

Issues: Frame rate is less than half, I've tried playing three times, first time crashed on launching, second time made it to the loading screen (sound worked) then crashed, last time managed to load game and run around (really slowly) but crashed when battle started. All three times had to reset my vita to get back to the psp menu.

Also now crashed when i load with tn savestate and try to go back to xmb

EDIT* sorry to be a pain, really wanted to get this to work lol. after switching all the peops settings to fastest (or whatever i was willing to tinker with, dont know what everything does yet) i got the game to not crash, the framerate is still iffy though, sometimes fine, sometimes really low
and even as i write it crashes while drawing :( darn

Some games I've thrown at it (these are all user converted games). Don't plan on using my PSN games on the PSP side. These aren't really that in depth, so I'm not 100% positive they won't screw up later.

Castlevania SOTN - No issues up to the initial dialogue between Ricther and Dracula

Suikoden II (the main game I want this for, and it looks so pretty on this OLED screen) - Audio skips and causes lag :-(

Lunar - Opening cinema, really scratchy music, game freezes after starting new game (caused a hard lock, only fix was to power off my Vita)

Vagrant Story - Never bypassed the initial "Now Loading" screen

Legend of Dragoon - Froze after PS start screen, forced another power cycle

Lunar 2 Eternal Blue - No problems with sound in opening cinematic (I'm just letting it run through while I'm eating). Voice acting is running super fast (both Ruby and Hiro sound like the Chimpmunks, might need to play with some settings).

I'm still bummed about Suikoden II

Please Note: I suggest adding ideal settings in the notes as well if you change any settings in the PEOPS SPU options.
Also, added both posts to the list.

Can I edit this post as I test more, or should I make new ones?

I would suggest making a new post as that would make it easier to see additions.
