So uhh..... in order to reflash the 6.60 files if it "bricks" it, you run the recovery.pbp in the recover menu right? Every time I do it gives me a black screen freeze and then crashes to an error. Is their anything else I need to do?

With the 660.PBP in your exploit folder:

Recovery Menu > Advances > Delete 660 Files > Install 660 Files

So if this is the solution to the C1-2858-3 error that cause by xmb mod installer too ??????

Really Bad Experience , And don't know if its a bug … just as i install waves and fonts it crashes and send me a error c1-2858-3( might spelled incorrectly) and i can't use the ePSP anymore now , any way of fixing that without formatting my mmc???

I am actually experiencing the same thing, I tried to delete the homebrews, install the tn-v8 agian, backup the entire memory card and format it then restore it and try to install tn-v8 agian. All of this still resulted in the black screen and error c1-2858-3.

I hope to be able to contribute more soon. Things have just been crazy lately, and I also have my hands stirring so many pots! I'll see what I can do though.

By the way, that preview pic I submitted doesn't do the Firewave justice. It's especially quite impressive on a super dark background. Check it out yall!

reinstalling 6.60 files fixes the black screen...

It's most likely something to do with the game exploit you're using and/or region.
I've never had this problem, so I have no way to see what's wrong :/
