I'd love to jump into attempting to program for the eCFW scene, (i've got various programming experience but nothing to do with the psp)

Im not exactly looking for the full source of TN-V, im honestly just looking for a "Hello World" example for the uno exploit. And information on how to compile it.
Im not trying to become the next dark alex, i just want to *** around with it in my spair time, and see if eventually i can provide any sort of help to the scene.

You don't need TN-V sources to make a Hello World app. You should start by downloading pspsdk an messing with that, there are lots of tutorials here and in other webpages ;)
