I tried that, every time I re install TN-V, unless I change it to America, it will go through the JP install proc. (and it changes my select key to circle gurr )

It could be because of the language settings try to set your language to English.

Tell me something did you try to read 4 pages back in this same thread?
it says very clearly DO NOT USE TN-V3 unitil TN Releases a fix for it to go
back to either TN-V2 or TN-V1 Fix. but if you had read on why everyone is
reporting so many bugs/crashes on TN-V3 you would have notice TN said
this himself DO NOT USE V3.

Important bug about PS1 emulation:
Some games are running pretty not so normal and strange, they lagging like 10-15 fps, but working... other games running almost perfect (almost all of them) but this:

• Need for Speed V- Rally [SLUS_005.90]
• Blood Omen - Legacy of Kain [SLUS_000.27]

have hard lag, maybe it's can be fixed, no?
Plus games like MGS (even japan MGS demo) just goes to main menu, but on start freeze, so any fix in future?
p.s. NFS High Stakes, GTA 1 (not london) - just shows black screen and nothing (no matter deleted vids or not)

Which version of TN-V are you on?

CEF 6.60 TN-V - v3, Urbanix EU exploit, PCH1008, 1.81 ofw.
Maybe better to update to 2.xx ofw?
Anyone can test this games on 2.xx ofw?

This has already been stated, don't use TN-V3, go back to V2.

you mean TN-V v1 fix V2 wont load Ps1's either.
but TN-V3 should load Ps1's normally, but is recommended
not to use V3 (many bugs) V2 wont load Ps1 (if you play Ps1's V2 is not for you)
and the only Version that actually works well is the TN-V1 Fix so I suggest to go
way back to TN-V1 Fix until V3 is Fix. tired of saying the same thing over and over,
