thats nice how cant edit the licence files, but you cant add any ether. I purchased god eater burst for my vita ( a psp game) but in the vita psn you can't download the dlc for god eater burst (i dont know why) but i found a way to copy the dlc from my psp go ( the game is there as well) i can copy the dlc data but not my licence to the licence folder. the game can find the dlc but it says "can't load the downloadable content" point being that i need to copy that licence file to it's proper folder.
