probably but not really as you need a hacked psp emulator for it to work in the first place

Saying he is not going to say how he got it to work.... Hrm... Let me take a guess, the eCFW that was released?

From all cool stuff you could have done with hacked PSP emulator inside the Vita you chose to run one of the most hated PSP features ever produced by Sony??? That's kind of an interesting choice but nothing more than that

Meh, I find it quicker to download them on PC, rename to FBOOT.PBP and FTP them over to the Vita.

You could have used the ftp server that apparently was released as a better way of transferring things to the Vita's PSP emu-yeah i really agree CMA is really annoying way of getting things to the PSP emu

If you already have a psp on cfw , you can use adhoc filer to transfer homebrew and games easy to the vita.
psp 1001 + 2001 + 3001 pro cfw,
ps3 rogero 4.30 cfw 80gb +500gb ext,
ps3 160gb ofw
ps vita 3g/wifi ecfw 2.02
