All-in-one scripts to build VitaSDK for MSYS2 on Windows

I have made a simple set of scripts and patches to build VitaSDK for MSYS2 on Windows, tested with latest MSYS2+MinGW32 packages, it is located at: https://github.com/soarqin/vitasdk-msys2
The master branch builds GCC 4.9.4 with binutils 2.25.1 (2.24 does not work with dlfcn, so I had to upgrade it to 2.25.1).
There is a branch with latest GCC(6.2.0) which was tested be able to compile VitaShell. The compiled VitaShell is working fine on my Vita.
Any bug report or suggestion is welcome.
