Clean from this end.

Looks like a false positive.

Dropping an .exe on %appdata%, is a suspicious behaviour (for AVs) and some AVs may show a warning for that. But you jumped the gun and said it was malware and stop donations, etc, you need to think your actions better.

There's no trojan in that. How do I know? I wrote sign_np...
leecherman simply wrote a nice GUI based application to wrap up fake_np and sign_np into a single user friendly tool.
Your Antivirus is simple being cautious and assuming that it if the application is copying something to %appdata% then it must be some sort of malware.
This happens frequently when Antiviruses rely too much on behavior based analysis of applications and BullGuard has a history of wrongly marking certain files as viruses:
On 20 March 2010, computers running BullGuard under 64 bit versions of Windows were affected by a malfunctioning update which classified every executable program as well as dll files as infected. These files were all marked as 'Trojan.FakeAlert.5' and were moved into quarantine. This action led to software and systems malfunctions that affected users around the world.
Besides, sign_np is open-source: https://github.com/Hykem/sign_np
You can easily compare it and look for malware-like behavior.
