Just to make sure I've got a valid EBOOT.PBP, I extracted the EBOOT.PBP directly from the PKG downloaded from my PSN account. Everything installed fine and I can see the game in CMA. Problem is there isn't a launcher icon on the livearea so I don't know how to start the game. Also when I click the "i" icon in CMA, it shows as "Add On Data" instead of a game.

Smoke, Are we supposed to create a custom bubble to be able to launch the game?

So in reference to my last post (first on the second page) and the new updated post that smoke made It looks like I did everything right, but it also looks like there might be something missing? Because unless it worked differently for smoke, everyone else seems to be installing things more or less correctly but coming up with no bubble for the newly installed application, which brings into question "because there's no bubble, should we be editing the data.db file to make a new bubble, or 're wiring' an old bubble to connect to the newly installed application?"

I think we have to use this in combination with the custom bubble trick to edit the app.db. It's just that we can put the game in a PSP/GAME folder instead of the SAVEDATA folder. By the looks of the tutorial, we can get game ISO running without eCFW.

Update: I actually put 2 EBOOT.PBP under different GAMEID folder in the SAVEDATA/p folder. Both were installed to the PSP/GAME folder with PSP-INSTALLER. Which means we can install multiple EBOOT.PBP at once.

If you're looking to run VBHL/whatever using a bubble, just do it from /PSP/SAVEDATA/, you're using the wrong guide.

The thread title is explicit enough, you're here to install something into /PSP/GAME/ which implies you will be able to access it within pspemu.
