Do you see the price tag? 14,000. And I doubt they have the info I'm after anyways. The vita uses 22nm technology (afaik) so it's unlikely they have a high res planer view of the die (after delayering). All the reports you can buy from them are only cross sectional analysis, which is useless for reverse engineering.

Yeah, that is quite a price difference... Its nice to see that you've discovered something that has an even higher potential for this purpose. A visible clear scan of the processor die does seem promising. Good luck, and thanks for all of your efforts!

Not yet unfortunately. There's been some miscommunication with the NDA. I hope it'll be resolved soon.
