Thanks for the reply. That's what I did, and my PS TV still tells me to update to check the store. I'm actually not getting any errors either. The application (on my Windows 7 machine) says successfully spoofed to 3.50 (or something like that). I don't know what I'm doing wrong...

It sounds like you're doing it right BUT store/PSN access isn't working at the moment - just the initial version check that happens after connecting to a network for the first time. The only way to get something from the store right now is to purchase and download it on your PS3 and then transfer to your Vita/PSTV.
