Does this require a VHBL exploit game?

You have to renam the folder somehow, so yes, a VHBL is required (or a lower fw with an already working exploit, which then is updated to 3.35).

The bit i am stuck on is

"put the signed EBOOT into the MYHomebrew folder"

Using filer its renamed Qboot
Using FTP it Becomes Fboot.

If i install it via TNV its an Fboot

Can you shed more light on this stage?

rename the (FBOOT.PBP) to (EBOOT.PBP.)

Does not work via PSPFiler. Has to be done via another homebrew (e.g. the FTP HB).

Vita is on 3.18 using patapon 2 exploit to launch TN-V

TN-V needs patching to disable its renaming of eboots.
Same goes for all public eCFW.

if you are using PSPFiler u have to rename the game folder firest. then it will allow u to rename the file
or just rename the eboot inside the .zip file to (EBOOT.PBP.)
