ahaahha woops totally read everything wrong, didn't realize that the problem was with the update . As with everybody else it doesn't work for me.

i instaled the update 1.05 with pkg installer
the psm dev for unity now start good but it say me that conect wifi , when i conect wifi and restart psm dev for unity it said always that update software
but the update 1,06 not work on vita firm 3.18
i don´t understand
why?

Who knows maybe it doesn't have to update. Maybe Yifanlu can bypass this with PSM+ servers. It stays open when you hit cancel update so maybe it's fine.

For those developers using PSM Development Assistant/ PSM Development Assistant for Unity, we kindly ask you to stop using the application and delete it from your PlayStation®Vita (PS Vita).

Please be aware that PS Vita system software update 3.52, scheduled to be released on June 24, will revoke the applications, and users will no longer be able to use it.

I've tried the link from the Wiki and it updated fine.
Only problem is that it asks me to update the system before I could connect to PSN to update the app itself then proceeds to telling me:
"Playstation Mobile Developer's License could not be confirmed"
