This one worked for me on 3.18 using qcma and the package installer, the guy above me posted the same package so that should work for 3.18 too. So no news on if we can get this to work on 3.18? I've never used package installer, but I just got it set up.

ahaahha woops totally read everything wrong, didn't realize that the problem was with the update 
. As with everybody else it doesn't work for me.
Hopefully some genius decided to stash the updates somewhere. PSM Dev app does the trick but wifi, pstv, and more users would be nice.
