I wonder how they did it... or why everything has that date (01/01/1970)... considering that the Vita has from year 2000 to 2099 (or at least, that's what you can choose)

It's a good small step but don't get distracted by celebrating. This isn't groundbreaking. You revealed the encrypted files, now you have to decrypt them. Not to mention it doesn't include any os or vsh files at all (the interesting files).
