Can you please search in all folders with win 7 search tool ".png" and upload vita menu icons/similar stuff on mediafire? No piracy reasons, just wanna make theme for psp with real vita icons! I think many people would like it, only .png's nothing more needed. Thanks

What you are talking about is not on the memory card, it's in the flash memory, and any icon you will find there will be encrypted.
And on the memory card, everything related to game stuff is encrypted... except for trophies icons which are not.

The only app icons you can have are from user downloaded/installed apps (Like youtube or games, not system apps)
Just copy an app with CMA to your PC, go to App/[RandomCharacters]/[ID of the content]/sce_sys/ and there you'll find the icon, something like this or this

@tomtomdu80, are you already looked into the data by yourself? You are absolutely sure that there is no any "system cache" on memory card or any similar stuff like this? Completely nothing outside of flash memory? Also there is any way to decrypt/unpack vita's OFW files from here: viewtopic.php?f=65&t=23013 ? Thanks

dumb question but, why not just make a directory structure and point out "encrypted" or "not encrypted"? that could ease the understanding a bit

Directories are not encrypted. Some files are and some aren't.
