once you open this apps on your PC, you'll see an IP address & port no.
Use that IP & port no on your Vita's Wifi setting
Settings> Wifi> *your wifi cnnection*> Advance setting> Use proxy server> *enter the respective IP & port no.

It spoofs latest firmware to 'requested version'. so if you're on 3.01 latest fw will be faked to 3.01.

It should be but I was only able to access PSN, I can't figure out what is the problem yet.

Hi I have just used it walking 3.01.J 'have access to the store and download Numblast . It is frankly easier than charle proxy.
