(am using JP account for PSO2)

I will try copying the entire PS Vita folder from windows in a bit cause right now im running the good old

Code: Select all

sudo ./toolchain-sudo.sh
so yea it might be awhile :/

EDIT:

ok so I made a copy of the PS Vita forlder from windows to OpenSuse then renamed it to PS_Vita
put Vita in flight mode and unpluged my ethernet cable

started opencma with a

Code: Select all

sudo ./opencma -a /home/fate6/Documents/PS_Vita/
still gives me the same message about needing to update CMA

terminal output

Code: Select all

fate6@Canterlot:~> cd Documents
fate6@Canterlot:~/Documents> sudo ./opencma -a /home/fate6/Documents/PS_Vita/
root's password:

main: Vita connected: serial 0000000000000000XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Why are you using sudo? You don't need to be root for opencma. Try using the -u option to map urls manually. Also run with debug logging and post your logs.

Really? I don't need to be root on osx. Maybe libusb needs it?

well, like I said, it does affect some distros/versions and others don't, I need root access in my ubuntu 10.10 machine, but I don't in my 12.04 one
