I personally think that easiest way to bypass game authentication is to use an actual game cart witch is modified to have an added sd card support, original gamecart for authentication but load the actual gamedata from the sd.

Although im really not an expert, just remember when you could boot up your import SNES games with universal adapter. Or at least i think that's how the universal adapter worked (by getting the region code from some game you owned and boot up the import game.)
Off course its way more complicated with vita than supernintendo back then, but same kind of idea anyways.

What i like the most that i still have one of those universal adapters on my PAL Snes, boots up my import Megaman games like regulars no matter what.
