Only the two or three I've already tried. Should be sufficient to prove it's not a problem with the computers...

Well no one else is having an issue.

"No one" may be a bit strong, but do you seriously mean there's an internal error preventing me from using OCMA on all systems I've tried it on? Weren't you previously on about regional settings and that kind of thing?

No one else has reported an issue, and when they have its usually an error on their end. It works perfectly fine for tons of people. It could be a region error for you, I will look into it.

Absolutely. I'm certain OCMA does work in general and such, but why it doesn't for me eludes me. I do appreciate all the time and effort you and others have put into to try and help me, so I extend my thanks to you all.

It's a known issue. Working to get it resolved.

Bump.
Hate to say it, but I haven't made any progress. I really don't know what else can be done...
I'm starting to assume this is an unsolvable problem. If there's anything that I haven't tried yet, I would be glad to know what.
Just so I'm not missing something. It is supposed to work with wi-fi, right? Does it matter when I set up the wi-fi code? pre- or post-OCMA?
To recap: I've reinstalled multiple times on two different systems, as well as a virtual machine. I always get the message that it needs to update.

OK, update, & wait for the next exploit, because like that you aren't getting anything at all from your Vita, neither eCFW, PSN apps, games, music, photos, nor video. And with updating you can transfer files using Wifi. ;)
