also got Error E-80182014 on vita but restarted my vita and it works now

You should add step 9 in the tutorial: 9- Restart Your vita before connect.

I restarted my vita as well , i am on Win 7 and ran everything thew admin.got a pm from a member telling me to try and earlier VER of cma.

I restarted the Vita after following the instructions. alright I failed at it 3 times, so i uninstalled CMA, deleted the patch files that were still left in the CMA folder, then got CMA 1.20.5157.38 from a site, installed it, followed the instructions but got the error so restarted vita and it worked, idk hmmTelcoLou wrote:

I am on fully updated XP Professional. I am also getting the error. I have tried all methods listed, uninstalling cma, running the files as administrator... all works fine until i try vita side and open content manager. i get the e-80182014. i had the official cma installed from sony site prior to this and uninstalled it, tried several times.... gonna reboot all things and try some more...
