Yeah, I wanted to know if there is a way to convert .psspac to .psdp without the SDK...

To my knowledge, there is no fully automatic way (although it's probably not that hard to write a script that uses ildasm). If you know some C#, you may be able to use .NET Reflector to decompile pssapp.exe, which is found inside the package, which is a simply a ZIP file with a different extension — open it with 7Zip, WinRar, or WinZip.
With a few tweaks, you can surely load it in PsmStudio and compile it. That is, if PsmStudio works for you.

i have a Problem with VitaCom . Ever when i try to open it it says "The PlayStation Suite SDK is not installed on your computer.Pleas install it and try again". But i had installed PS Suite SDK and it never works .

Sounds like the PS Suite wasn't installed properly, or you could be using an old version of VitaCOM.

Download the latest version at viewtopic.php?f=54&t=12203
I recommend the cracked one since you seem to be having DLL load issues.

So i have the PS Suite Version 0.99 on my Vita.
I think it is PS Suite 0.99 on my Computer.
