Here's a basic outline of the steps you will do.
1.) download homebrew in the prepared zip files
2.) place homebrew unzipped in your save folder on your pc
3.) copy files to vita using CMA
4.) use VHBL to install homebrew
5.) after installing homebrew use molecularshell to ftp over your roms to the correct folders
