Please Help me to put emulators on my ps vita 3.60

Hello everyone! How are you?

First of all sorry about the english. Its because i`m from Brazil .

Last week I bought a new PS VITA slim on OFW 3.60 without games (too sad).

I saw in some places (youtube and another websites) that I can run emulators on this OFW, but anyone teach how to do this.

Some people teach how to do, but they already have the VHBL since a previously version and not started from 3.60.

If somebody can help me, I really really will be glad. For now I don`t want to run PSP games, only neo geo, gba, snes and mega drive emulators.

Currently the only way this can be done is having someone on an exploitable firmware, (3.52 or below), make you a memory card backup that you can then restore onto your Vita to have a VHBL bubble that way. No publically known method of creating a VHBL bubble on 3.60 as of this point in time. And in order to run PSP games a kexploit will need to be discovered for 3.57/3.60 and there are no publically known exploits right now.

First of all, i`m really glad to you came here and try to help me.

I saw that one guy called F3bruary or something like that are giving (I think) this secure copy to some people, but with a price (around 20 dollars).

So... is it difficult to do? If I have a friend with this firmware? Can you help me to do that, or you think better idea to do is looking for F3bruary?

If you are on 3.60 and have HENkaku installed then you can install VHBL bubble no problem. All you need is any game. google VHBL HENkaku and you will find a tut by the Zett that will walk you through the process.
