Can we run VHBL with the PHP save on 3.51?

Even if the Pool Hall Pro exploit still works on 3.51, the usermode kernel thing used by VHBL has been patched. So I would say no. Maybe someone in the near future could restablish VHBL compatibility in 3.51. Who knows.

IIRC, the Pool Hall Pro game exploit was confirmed to not have been patched, but the kernel exploit used by ARK was. Someone would need to port VHBL if that's the case.

You're confusing VHBL with ARK/TN-V. ARK/TN-V use kernel exploits, and 3.51 patched a kernel exploit. VHBL doesn't require a kernel exploit, just userspace code exec.
