Transfer the exploit save back and post the results of LOG.TXT.
About the error with the bubble, you may not be signing it correctly or something.
I'm trying to copy back the save to view the LOG.TXT however I keep getting the error C0-11274-5. I'm using LEGO Batman The Videogame as my base game as well.

EDIT:

After deleting any corrupted data using Content Manager, I was able to copy the save over. Here's what the LOG.TXT says:

PATH.TXT path:
ms0:/PSP/GAME/ULES01151
found

ms0:/PSP/GAME/ULES01151&
not found

ms0:/PSP/GAME/ULES01151&
not found

rename:
ms0:/PSP/GAME/ULES01151
to
ms0:/PSP/GAME/ULES01151&
successful

creating folder:
ms0:/PSP/GAME/ULES01151
successful

ms0:/PSP/SAVEDATA/NPEZ00053SLOT00/EBOOT.PBP.
found

Ok, that's why, the EBOOT.PBP should be less than 1 MB, otherwise it won't work, the signed VHBL ISO should only be around 100+ KB, not sure where you went wrong.

Edit:
Yeah, vspr, try that.

Hmm, well it could be the game.

I downloaded it using the link in the .xpd.

Extracted using PkgView 1.3.

Then I signed it using fake_np -b LBTV.PBP VHBL.ISO EBOOT.PBP.

The problem is that your base "EBOOT.PBP" has too much junk (like an animated video, maybe a sound file, etc). Pretty much these fancy things like a small video and some sound when you hover over a game inside of the PSP XMB.

Either you have to try to remove this (if possible), or you have to use another base game.
White PSV TV - 32GB - 3.65 CFW
White PSV 1000 - 32GB - 3.65 CFW
2x PSV 2000 - 32/64GB - 3.65 CFW
PSP Fat 1000 - TA-081 - 6.61 ME-2.3
PSP Slim 2000 - TA-085¹ - 6.61 ME-2.3
4x PSPgo & 1x PSP 3kº⁴ᶢ - 6.61 LME-2.3∞

How would I go about removing some of the junk?
