Can not start UNO Application HELP!

Can not start UNO Application HELP!

i clicked on the patapon 2 game, it went into the grey screen then the green screen then when i go to click on the UNO game it says (you must download the application again from [download list] in [ps store] (C0-11136-2)

Does anybody know how to fix this ?
