I did not create the bubbles on my PS VITA and I start pulling my hair out,
I'm just follow the video tutorials that I found on the net and not not, it changes nothing.
If someone just give me the procedure even writing in English I translate google though it does not translate very well sometimes.
I have access to VHBL with Patapon 2 and the basic game UNO.
I would create bubbles of "VHBL" and "PSP Filer" directly on the live area of the PS VITA but I can not.
I have access to VHBL and PSP Filer from the flaw PATAPON 2 and basic game UNO.
The tutorial "the zett" is for PS VITA firmware 3.35 and not for the 3.36 firmware.
How is it to live these bubbles on the area, when I go into PSP FILER there are already two folders "NPEH00020 &" and "NPEH00020"
