Yea I Just Installed VHBL And I'm Having The Same Problem Too I Download Gpsp And Save States just keeps going to bios and then when I save the game the save file is gone I have to restart a new game

With TEMPGBA4PSP savegame with pokemon emerald (italy) works good!!
