Questions about custom bubbles and 3.36

So before custom bubbles, tn-v was the only way to play psp backups. VHBL can't do this, however I was wondering if it's possible to make custom bubbles for psp games and even ps1 games if all you have is a usermode exploit. Certain homebrews need kernel access which needs a kernel exploit, but if they're signed and made into a custom bubble, can they still get kernel access even if TN-V isn't possible? Sorry if these are totally noob questions.

booblez will run userland homebrew and PSP games fine but it won't run PS1 or anything needing kernel functions.
If you want to use kernel functions then a kernel exploit is still needed.

Oh ok that makes sense! Thanks for clarifying. So I think I'm gonna stay on 3.18. Also I was gonna ask if there are files for making a custom bubble for the ps1 loader exploit? I was going to use xs moto as a base.

As in a booblz that load the PS1 loader directly? Nop thats not possible.
PS1 is completely out of the scope of the public booble making method.

I don't suppose using a PS1 game as the base game would work for making a PS1 bubble?
Always follow *all* steps of the friendly tutorial. They aren't there just as 'guidelines.'

Not possible for a few reasons but the main one is they don't use the same signature as PSP games.

you can have a vhbl exploit to install bubble whit "psp iso" and play them whitout having a kernel exploit?

Omg i hope i understood that right..

Im so happy now! this is awesome!

I have read a bit about this (im a noob yeah :D) and for what i have understood:

after you manage to launch the vhbl on 3.36 (still have to understand how does this works)

you need a psn game (legit purchase from the ps store)

you will then replace the content of that game whit the iso/backup of your choice (iso must be smaller, the original game should be same size or bigger)

rebuild database of the vita and BAM you have a customized bubbl whit the game of your choice in it.


Now my question, once i get all the process and i can finally use this,is it possible to use the same psn game (the legit one i bought) to install multiple custom bubble?

And which game has the bigger size/cheap price? thank you!!!
