hey guys,I've heard that the exploit of skate park can be re-used in 3.18, Its right?

Yes, the oilix archive contains a v2 exploit for SPC which works on 3.18 and is also more stable (the system will not freeze when suspended using the vita home button)

Just add the 660.pbp to the savefile.

There's is a video in the previous post, looks like it works

EDIT: Okay i updated to 3.18 and I made it to the TN-V Recovery Menu but here it says that it cant open the 660.PBP :(
EDIT 2: Okay works now i just failed :D

Here are Multisaves for SkateParkCity on 3.18 so you could make and choose between TN-V, ARK and VHBL if you want. :)

I am stupid, but how do I use these? All 4 saves just run the Hello World PoC, even when I drop the VHBL or TN-V files in it.
