Downloading psn data without updating psVita?

VHBL (Vita Half Byte Loader) is an open source tool to load PSP homebrews on the Playstation Vita.

Just to be clear this will only work on the firmware behind the latest right? So it will no longer work from 3.00 when 3.02 is released?

Not to bump a pretty old thread, but I just thought that I'd let everyone know that as of 9:25 P.M., MST on 03/25/2014, this method still works for downloading new content on the most recent previous firmware.

Hey, sorry to bump an old thread but does this method still work? I have a Vita still with 2.02 and UNO + eCFW and would like to update.

As far as I know is this bug fixed already. At the moment there is no public solution for accessing the PSN while you are on an older firmeware.

there is a way of downloading via psp emu only & a hidden way I will not disclose.
i love my psvita wololo site rocks . PSVITA h-encore enso 3.65 PlayStation® waiting for ps3 emu on PS vita
