Help finding VHBL exploit

Hello I have been wanting to find my own VHBL exploits so I can share them with the wololo community but the tutorials I've seen are pretty old. Do you still need to have a PSP to find exploits or can you some programs on the PC to find them and also decrypt/encrypt save game files? I have a PSP on cfw but it would probably be much faster and convenient if I could just use my PC.

If anyone can link me to an up to date guide on what I need to get started that would be very helpful. I've tried searching but cannot find one.

Its best to use a PSP since results can be very different than on a emulator

Great tutorial. I'll be kriffing glad to get another comp soon...love doing stuff like this,great for those who get bored.
