VHBL 2.60 Updates - snes9xTYL Fix

Here are the fixes for Arcade Darts, Arcade Air Hockey & Bowling, and Arcade Pool (& Snooker). It resolves the issue of snes9xTYL not being able to boot any roms due to the sound device failing to open. I'm still resolving some issues with World of Pool, but I haven't seen any complaints about this one, but if you are using this exploit and don't have any of the other exploits then let me know.

Now the VHBL doesn't work , I get an error C1-2858-3 after loading the savedata in the exploited game Arcade Darts (EU).

Gets to HBL menu says firmware detected stays like that for a minute and an error occurs. upon second time of trying it goes into a massive font taking up most of the screen.

the us AD wont boot VHBL and the us AH&B loads VHBL fine but still sound error the crash when loading the roms..

thanks for trying to fix it maybe u will fix it soon! (havent found gba that savesstates work yet but still looking)
