Will test it out in a few mins.

Edit: Works like a charm with: This v2 Fix

More positive news, just to state that something works :)
Pico Drive 1.51 out of the Homebrew thread here works.
Proof:
Menu
Crusader of Centy / Soleil (Region depending name)
Shining in the darkness

There appear to be some slowdowns with the bilinear filtering on some games though, depending on the amount of sprites the Vita has to render. Just turn it off and it should work just fine :)
If there is some sound stuttering, then you have to choose the highest settings for the sound emulation in the options.

One question about the Snes emulator:
I have some pretty hard slowdowns on the Kirby games. Are there some settings I have to change to get it running fast?

Do the following: redownload Nester, extract the install zip, put the roms you want inside the rom folder, "compress" it again with the "store" settings to INSTALL.ZIP and copy it again to the ps vita. install it like any other homebrew and it should work.
If it doesn't work, jut put the roms inside the roms folder of the zip archive directly, instead of extracting, then copy it to the ps vita and afterwards install. Works the same way.
Then you should be able to choose a rom.

Edit: How did you install and run nester, your problem seems a little bit strange to me D:

Anyway you could provide me with your nester folder? I did exactly what the tutorial said. Transferred the files with "store" and recompressed the INSTALL.ZIP. I tried everything.
My other emulators work fine and the roms are visable...
