My gpSP didn't save the settings I used and it needs "Update SRAM" to be on "Automatic" for the saving to work on the PS Vita.
I just started the gpSP up in a PSP-Emulator, changed the settings there, got them saved and after that installed the gpSP of which I had changed the settings onto my PS Vita.
You could probably do it with a PSP too, I guess this is why it worked for SIP Trysten.

EDIT:

Note that this has to be done for every game you want to save with...
Figured it out after posting the "prepared package"... Don't use that.

The settings started to automagically save, don't ask me how I did it...

Been playing around with this for like half-an-hour or so and it seems like it is completely random if the changes want to save or not, anyone more into this kind of thing got an answer?

If I want to add a new ROM, do I have to re-pack everything, re-transfer on my PS Vita and re-install the gpSP?
The games are working, but I can't save using game save system, I mean I can save using the gpSP menu, but not using the original game saving, and some games, like Zelda, requires you to create a save file to play, but it says that the file is corrupted, is there any way to solve this?
