I can confirm this works on the Minish Cap.

I used this program too to fix minish cap, save states AND regular saves don't work. I just gave up on gpsp completely and went for the snes/psp/hbs. =( If someone could restore mah faith in gpsp (or maybe new ark will fix) I be happy.

When you start gPSP does it say anything about not being able to properly find its folders or directories? Previously, I had gPSP installed to \PSP\VHBL\gPSP, but I moved it to \PSP\Game\gPSP and now everything works. I'm also using QwikRazor's Loader ISO to have a gPSP bubble as well.

Where did you get a gPSP iso for the bubble?

I just did a bit of research and I have found out what I need to do.
