Umm, no. Ninja releases have nothing to do with post count. They only depend on registration date.
However, you can get a warning for spamming too much, understand?:)

I too want to be the member of the ninja release, but with my ten posts of it not to achieve. and in general, the main thing that the new exploit was in the Russian store

Visa Virtual O_o have not tried? I think wololo release that game, which is available in most stores, because he knows a few exploits, is not it?

If you are referring to one of those virtual visa cards I dont think they work on PSN Store.

I mean, whats to say a Sony employee didnt register 12 months ago meaning they'll likely get release information at a considerably earlier time than some one like myself who only just recently registered?

I can't say how many tiers there are, because I actually don't know that. There was some info on previous releases, and afaik, wololo decides them on the go. As for Sony employees, there's always that risk. There's also the risk that Sony randomly finds the exploit and pulls the game too. There's also the risk of someone leaking the game name all over the place, or someone randomly guessing it and Sony randomly checking the game. There are lots and lots of risks, and the current method minimizes some.

they actually do work, but not in the US. I'm not sure about UK, for example, it's either tied to region/country or just not applicable for the US account.
