VHBL (Vita Half Byte Loader) is an open source tool to load PSP homebrews on the Playstation Vita.

What he's saying is that Sony can't predict the future. Wololo and friends may be able to spot an exploit that Sony doesn't see or doesn't think he'll see.

And with each update, Sony is only blocking the way to use exploits. They don't physically know how to stop the exploits within games in time for people to stop using them for hacks, so instead Sony removes the game from the market and patches up the area via a firmware update.

Sony's employees are not as experienced and determined as Wololo, wth, cobra, and others are. They only want to fix stuff in the temporary and with this comes them being lazy and doing things as easily as possible.

I bet you that an exploit for the Vita itself will find a way to remove these lazy ways of simply patching small areas of the PS Vita firmware.

There is a forum topic about the ninja release in case you need to know what to look for. Also, they even have a picture with it circled so you will know where to look for the link.
