The game of this exploit is available on the PlayStation Store and is compatible with PlayStation Vita, so you can probably adapt to the PSP emulator containing PS Vita to allow loading of VHBL.
I attest that this new exploit is entirely true, since I myself have been able to try it on my PSP.
