[RELEASE] reRescaler - Improved rescaler for retail games

Description:
This plugin replaces the original rescaler for PSVITA with a new one allowing games running at non-native resolution to get graphics improvements thanks to filtering with shaders.

Supported features:
- Support for all kind of lower resolution games.
- Support for five different rescaling methods (Rescaler off, Original, Sharp Bilinear, Sharp Bilinear Simple, LCD 3x)
- Support for bilinear filtering on framebuffer scaling
- Config save/loading


NOTE: Some games may crash or have unwanted behaviours due to how the plugin works, if that happens, please report the issue on GitHub!

Blacklisted games:
- Urban Trial Freestyle (EU): Causes a gpu crash at game boots

Controls:
Hold Start for 2 Secs - Locks/Unlocks mode/bilinear mode changing
Hold L for 4 secs - Changes current rescaling mode
Hold R for 4 secs - Enables/Disables bilinear filtering

Installation:
Install reRescaler.suprx under *ALL or under whatever game you want to use it.
Install ioPlus.skprx under *KERNEL (required for config feature).

First of all thank you once again for another great contribution to the Vita scene.
I've tested a couple of games (Street Fighter vs Teken; Ninja Gaiden Sigma & Mortal Kombat) of those three only Mortal Kombat reacted to the inputs to change the scaler.

I also have vitagrafix installed. Do think there could be some conflict here?

Best thing would be to not run other plugins that could require huge quantitative of resources.
Other than that, if you see no answer from the plugin it could be either that the game uses a 960x544 fb (so there's nothing to rescale) or the game doesn't have enough unused CDRAM memory to allow reRescaler to alloc its own framebuffer.

Take in mind that VitaGrafix can patch internal resolutions too while this works only on framebuffer resolution.

Hi there thanks for you work! I know Uncharted doesnt run at native resolution however when I attempted to use rerescaler with it, it did not register any of the bottons but it did work with god of war. Is there any way to get this working with Uncharted?

Uncharted Golden Abyss works at native resolution.

Are you sure? Everywhere I read that Uncharted is rendered at 720x408 not at 960 by 544? Either way not a huge deal just curious more so than anything.

It uses internal 720x408 res but framebuffer res is 960x544.

I use the autoplugin installer to install reScaler. All my plugin works, except for that one. I tried to hold start/L/R but it's not activating with any prompt.

I don't have any other plugins that uses the start button only. All other ones require to either use combo buttons to active like Lolicon, touchpad, and remaPSV.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me figure this out.

Check if the plugin works without any other plugin running. Could be an available resources issue.
