Okay I found the steps that reset the Vita without updating and loosing all games, homebrew and Adrenaline on the Memory Card.
1 - Unplug the PS Vita Memory Card
2 - Reset the system via forgot my pin code (same as Settings -> Format -> Restore This System)
3 - Set everything up, yes to have Sony account BUT SKIP WiFi/Network.
4 - On first boot on the default homescreen, then insert the PS Vita Memory Card again.
5 - Acknowledge that this is your Memory Card/Sony ID.
6 - Connect to WiFi/Network, but turn off WiFi immediately after connecting.
7 - Edit the WiFi connection and set manual DNS IP to 212.47.229.76 (From
https://wololo.net/2016/08/09/manually- ... ware-3-60/)
8 - Open browser and go to
http://henkaku.xyz and install.
9 - When installed go to Settings -> HENkaku Settings -> Spoofed Version and set it to latest version. As of writing this is 3.67.
10 - Now go to Settings -> Playstation Network and login.
11 - Now go to Settings -> HENkaku Settings -> Unlink Memory Card
12 - Reboot
13 - Open browser and go to
http://henkaku.xyz and install.
14 - Now go to Settings -> HENkaku Settings -> Enable Unsafe Homebrew
15 - Reinstall Enso - go to FROM PC
http://enso.henkaku.xyz and download enso.vpk.
16 - Start FTP in molecularShell/VitaShell
17 - Transfer file from PC to Vita in ux0:/data folder and install enso.vpk.
18 - Run Enso from homescreen.
19 - For activation if needed I used:
