Works fine on my end :/
Do you have a custom theme? some don't work correctly so try disabling game boot in the recovery menu.

Re: PSP homebrew via Adrenaline
Yea just shove it in PSP/GAME like you would on a PSP.
In the Vita's case tho it would be "ux0:pspemu/PSP/GAME/BookR/"
I FTP'd it over with VitaShell.

Echochrome demo and yes in the BookR folder has the eboot.
Do you use any plugins at all? if yes try disabling them? Where did you get your version of BookR? is it the "OFW signed" one or a CFW one? I used the one on the wololo download section.

Re: PSP homebrew via Adrenaline
Do PS1 to PSP injected eboots not work with Adrenaline or am I doing something wrong?
I'm running 3.60 and have Adrenaline fully working - can access my PSP games and everything.
I want to play the PS1 game Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure on my Vita.
Have a full working copy that works on my 6.60 PSP. It's Folder is SLUS01073 and eboot is 260.4MB.
I put it where I believe it should go: ux0:pspemu/PSP/GAME/SLUS01073/
The XMB detects it, but it fails to launch.
Error code 80010016.
Can anyone assist? Thanks.

Re: PSP homebrew via Adrenaline
Oh I see. Well, that kinda sucks. I was hoping I was just making a simple mistake.
Hmm.......is this a limitation of Adrenaline and therefore it will never happen, or will user-converted PS1 to PSP eboot playback be a feature added in with a future release that's simply not yet implemented?
