Download manager?

I tried downloading a rar file with the vita's browser and it said "cannot download on this system". Is there a way around this? Or, can we get a download manager like the PSP has?

There's a "Homebrew Browser" in the making that will do all that. Just need to wait a little while longer.

Awesome, I really liked the download manager. Also, waiting for the homebrew store.
