What am I missing here? Can't you have up to 3 Ps Vita devices activated on the same account?

excuse me bad video i am from brasil , the video I try to show that in my PSN account on my laptop is disabled 2 psvita and the games still works, thanks to the User zx2_ GBATEMP believed that a create a tutorial to use multiple accounts on the same card in psvita
