Ninja release banner on new site layout?

It's been awhile since I tried to mod anything on the vita. And I remember the banner for numblast and did it on an old vita. I just wanna know where the new banner or message would most likely appear on an Android viewing the forum.

Hope I didn't break any rules.

We haven't done any ninja release in a while, but it would basically appear in green roughly at the top of the page,like the "heads up" messages we have sometimes.

Thank you for the reply yeah fell outta touch for a bit with the site because my son updated a modded 318 vita on me I said that's it I'm done. Till I got 2 pstv's and a vita for 80$ the tvs were still new with two games (sly cooper and Lego movie) mem cards and ds3 controllers I was like well time to play again. It's hard to quit things you love doing.
